Online application

Submit your application through our online portal. If you haven't found anything suitable right away, we look forward to receiving your unsolicited application and are eager to get to know you. After we have received your application, we will carefully review it and give you feedback as soon as possible.

First meeting with HR

Welcome! You have successfully passed the initial screening stage. In this meeting, you will have the opportunity to connect with one of our HR representatives. They will discuss your application in more detail, ask you specific questions about your background, and learn more about your career goals and aspirations.

Get to know your department

Great job! You have impressed our HR team, and now it's time to meet with the department you would potentially be working in. The collegues will delve deeper into your skills, experience, and how you can contribute to the team's goals. This step allows both parties to gauge mutual fit and determine if there's a synergy between your expertise and the department's needs.

Founders interview

Congratulations on making it to the final stage! At this point, you will have the chance of meeting our company founders. This interview is an opportunity for you to showcase your passion, ambition, and how you can contribute to the company's long-term goals. It's also a chance for you to ask any final questions and gain insights into the company's culture and future plans.

Answers to your questions

Which application documents do I need to hand in?

Please upload your CV and fill out the necessary fields. Letters of recommendation and/or Cover Letters are not mandatory but can round up the application.

When will I hear back from you after I submitted my application?

We try to respond within 1-3 days, but sometimes the screening process might take a little bit longer. Thank you for understanding.

How do you proceed with interviews?

After passing our screening process, you might be invited to a first interview with the People & Organisation Team. Next, a functional interview with the team follows. Finally, you will meet our Managing Directors.

Can I hand in an initiative application?

Yes, initiative applications are always welcome!

Do I have to be based in Munich?

No, you can be based anywhere in Germany, but of course, the doors of our office are always open and we are happy to welcome everybody to our office.

Do you offer remote work?

Yes, we even have a remote-first policy!

What industry do you focus on?

We are currently focusing on the insurance industry but will expand to the finance sector in the near future.

What technologies are you working with (FE, BE, TechOps)?

What methodology are you using?

In the Tech team, we are using the SCRUM methodology.
